Acceptance
These General Terms govern access to the ChatSpring Retail Academy website operated from the Republic of Korea. By browsing, submitting forms, or enrolling in programs described on this site, you agree to these terms and to any program-specific addendum presented at enrollment.
If you disagree, stop using the site and do not submit personal data. For enterprise clients, a separate written agreement may supersede conflicting sections when explicitly signed by both parties.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information in forms, respect the intellectual property of materials you download, and refrain from scraping, automated harvesting, or attempts to disrupt the service.
You must not upload unlawful content through any channel we provide. You remain responsible for how you message customers, including alignment with local marketing rules and sector-specific quality standards.
Termination
We may suspend access for conduct that jeopardizes other users, strains infrastructure, or violates these terms. Where feasible, we will provide notice and a short remediation window unless immediate suspension is required by law or security risk.
You may stop using the site at any time. Program access ends according to the schedule in your enrollment confirmation, independent of site access.
Liability
Training materials are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, our aggregate liability arising from site use is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
We are not liable for indirect losses, lost goodwill, or consequential damages except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection statutes.
Law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction. Consumers retain mandatory rights under Korean consumer protection statutes including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Disputes should first be raised through team@centersystem.one. If not resolved, competent courts in Seoul may hear the matter unless a mandatory venue applies to you as a consumer.
Intellectual property
All curriculum assets, layouts, trademarks, and copy on this site belong to ChatSpring Retail Academy or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use downloadable templates for internal retail operations during active enrollment.
You may not resell templates, remove attribution where required, or publicly republish recordings without written permission.
Service description
Programs combine async lessons, live workshops, and coaching as described on each program page. We may update descriptions to reflect scheduling changes, tooling updates, or clarifications that do not reduce core deliverables you purchased.
If a material change affects an active enrollment, we will notify enrolled participants and describe available remedies, which may include rescheduling or substitution of equivalent sessions.
