This Privacy Notice covers data collected through centersystem.one, enrollment forms, scheduling widgets, and email correspondence initiated through published addresses. It does not govern third-party sites linked from our pages.

If you participate in programs delivered through partner tooling, that partner’s notice also applies to data they process as an independent controller or processor.

We collect identifiers such as name, email address, company name, and project size when you submit forms. Technical logs may include IP address, device type, and approximate location derived for security and abuse prevention.

Analytics cookies, if allowed, generate pseudonymous usage statistics. We avoid collecting sensitive categories unless you voluntarily include them in a message, which we discourage.

Depending on your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we control. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing, such as analytics cookies, without affecting essential site functions.
