Refund requests must be emailed to team@centersystem.one with your enrollment reference, program name, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days.
If you paid through an intermediary, we may coordinate with that party when required by their operational rules.
Scope
This policy covers tuition-style fees for listed training programs. It does not cover third-party travel, software licenses you buy separately, or consulting engagements governed by a different contract.
Corporate bundles may include custom clauses; where a written master agreement exists, it controls refund mechanics for that bundle.
Timeframe
You may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason, provided no live sessions or personalized reviews have been delivered yet. Delivery begins when you receive access credentials, join a live session, or receive individualized written feedback, whichever is earliest.
After services begin, partial refunds may be available as described under exceptions and eligibility.
Exceptions
Downloadable assets delivered instantly upon payment may be non-refundable once downloaded, except where Korean consumer law mandates otherwise. Promotional seats sold at a discount may carry separate terms disclosed at checkout.
If you miss scheduled live sessions without notice, we do not refund missed seat time, though we may offer a makeup at our discretion.
Process
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and returned using the original payment path where technically possible. Payment processors may add additional days before funds appear.
We document each decision in an internal activity log to maintain a clear audit trail.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on program type, delivery progress, and applicable law. Consumers in Korea retain rights under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, including cooling-off rules for distance contracts where applicable.
If you believe an exception should apply due to accessibility barriers or documented service failure, include evidence in your email so we can review fairly.
