Supervisor grids that stop duplicate reminders

When two people can send, both assume the other already did. A supervisor grid assigns who owns morning nudges, who owns pickup day, and who owns incident follow-ups.

We introduce the grid in Team Workshop: Floor-to-Phone Handoffs because live practice makes the handoff obvious. Teams rehearse two scenarios with the grid visible on a shared screen.

After the workshop, print the grid small and place it near the device you use for replies. Update it when shifts change; stale grids recreate the original problem.
